Thank you for stopping by this afternoon to examine your crew’s job that they completed this morning. This is the 20^th year we have worked with Maxalea, and you have always exceeded our expectations. In addition to maintaining our property over the years, you have redesigned our entire landscaping scheme, installed a lovely combination colonial lamp post/mailbox in our front yard, and also designed and constructed our backyard deck.

This morning Ted’s crew finalized our plan, replacing the remaining original plantings that were here from when we purchased our home in 1999. Ted planted lovely bushes, and filled in the front yard surrounding our 150+ year American Elm tree with a bed of pachysandra. It looks terrific.

How can we begin to thank you for the twenty-four years of beautiful landscaping and maintenance that you provided for us at our home… you made our property look like a “million bucks!” You treated us with kindness, friendship, and respect, and made time to answer our questions, both on the phone and in person. You certainly do go the extra mile for your clients.

Maxalea recently completed a patio design and construction for our house, and I wanted to pass along a few comments about the process. Chad Tipton was extremely helpful during the design phase.  He listened and understood our desired outcome for the space. He incorporated our ideas, but also provided some great suggestions. He was also very patient with us as we went through many iterations of the design. The construction process was equally seamless. The crew was very professional and meticulous. During the actual construction they were consistently on time and took extra precaution not to impact any aspect of our daily lives. The end product was better than we anticipated and has turned into a space that our family really enjoys. We have already hosted several events on the patio to rave reviews. I would certainly recommend Maxalea, Chad, and the team to anyone.

I am so pleased with the landscaping renovations. All of the plants and shrubs in the front, back and side are beautiful and the entire look exceeds my expectations. The layout and the choice of greens add so much to the house. Already neighbors I never knew are stopping to admire everything. Once again, Maxalea has demonstrated quality workmanship.

We couldn’t be happier with the finished results. Thank you for your patience while the work was being done. I can’t wait for spring so we can start really enjoying everything.
